old Indian coins - I need a ID of these coins please! [solved]

Hi!
I hope anyone can help me with a exact ID of these coins. 
I don´t need only the state…..I also need the KM catalog number, minting date of the coin, ruler,….!
If the coins are not listed in Krause…maybe you can tell me another catalog and catalog number where these coins are listed?

For ID requests it's best practice to post one coin per thread and to list the maximum diameter in mm as well as the weight. Krause only lists coins back to about 1600 AD and some of your coins will have Krause numbers, but several of these coins are older than that. 

For example your coins 9, 13, 14, and 15 are examples of the famous “bull and horseman” billon jitals from northern historical India (including parts of Pakistan and Afghanistan). Millions of these were made, generally between 900-1300 AD, by numerous rulers, in dozens of varieties. Sometimes it can be difficult to determine the variety, but maybe some of our members can help, and with the coin in hand you may be able to find a match in one of the references. Here are a few good sources of information.
