You can contact a site admin for permission to make a second account, they are usually fine with that.

I made a second one because I didn't want to use the account name I previously had. Now I have one for my personal collection, and my previous one for swapping.

You can have two collections in one account.

If you create several e-mail accounts, you can create as much numista accounts. There is no reason to do it.
