Please Correct / Add Ruling Authorities for Papal States Sede Vacante of 1623 [solved]

Currently we have this ruling authority for the Sede Vacante of 1623:

- Pietro Aldobrandini 

However, this cardinal died in 1621:  https://www.catholic-hierarchy.org/bishop/baldop.html, so this ruling authority must be removed.

For the Sede Vacante of 1623, coins were struck under these two Vatican officials:

- Ippolito Aldobrandini (Camerlengo from 1623-1628).  Example:  N#119576

- Giacomo Serra (Papal Legate to Ferrara).  Eample:  N#117025

I propose that we create these two ruling authorities for the Sede Vacante of 1623 (coins of Rome were struck under authority of the Camerlengo, and coins of Ferrara were struck under authority of the Papal legate).

Bumping this one since the later “companion” request was completed, (and I guessed this request may have been confusing).

To summarize:

1. Please change the ruling authority Pietro Aldobrandini (Sede Vacante) (1623) to  Ippolito Aldobrandini (Sede Vacante) (1623)

2. Please add the ruling authority Giacomo Serra, Ferrara Papal Legate (Sede Vacante) (1623)
