Is this Medal valuable?

I saw this in a dealer's shop for USD 70. Is it worth the price or he's just crazy for asking this much? Sorry don't have the measurements, only pictures.

This appears to be a fairly common medal, so try checking ebay. Here's a 1926 with a buy it now for 45 British pounds.
