I really have no idea where to look, I know it's not really a coin but some help would be greatly appreciated. I would add that on the medal there is written "Roma" at the bottom and also "Regimento .... Marina Militare".
Other measurements are:
- Weight: 6g but there is an hole
- Dimensions: 2,2cm diameter
- Thickness: 0,1-0,2cm
