Token with unknown monogram

Good evening, everyone.

Does anyone recognise this monogram?

It appears on a small medal that I found in a batch of coins I had purchased. Both sides of the medal are identical. It weighs 4.65g and has a diameter of 22.5mm. It appears to be made from copper-nickel.

Many thanks in advance for your help!

It's the monogram of

Elizabeth Petrovna (1741-1762)

Thanks for the reply. As you can see here, that is a very similar monogram, but not the same.

Do you think the shape of the crown is perhaps significant of some specific country?

I think the crown is more a religious item than for a king.

...you can run,  but you can't hide...

I don't feel like anyone is looking at the original thing anymore! 😋
