PCGS has graded several Guyana 1c 1990, a year that is not in the Numista catalog.

The graded examples are all given “specimen” grades and are all ex Kings Norton Mint collection.

 

1990 is not a valid choice at N#4763

Krause and Numismaster don't list 1990, but Schön does. All the other years have trivial values but 1990 is given a value of 200 euros.

 

(Also 1981 and 1990 are listed as being minted by King's Norton, and 1969 and 1970 are listed as being minted by Heaton. No mint marks on the coins in either case.)
