The V on the Side [solved]

Please help, I do not know if this is an error?

The “V” on the side was not done at the printing location of your 10 Dollar note. The “V” appears to be from a rubber stamp applied by a bank or exchange agency that missed getting on whatever strap or piece of paper that was being stamped. In coin speak, it is post-mint damage.

So, I thought it was hopefully a rare error, but thanks!
