Help to identify please

I have this token I found in a Coinstar. I can't read the writing, so it makes it harder to identify.

It weighs 5.23 grams and is 23.18 MM in diameter, with a smooth edge. Feels like a cheap copper-nickel or steel material. It is not magnetic.  The token is the same on both sides. Since I can't read it, the image might be upside down. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

John

Hirose reads better in 180 degrees turn. No clue otherwise…

That looks and sounds like it could be a Japanese Pachinko token
