I'm not sure what your question is, but your coin is the regular guilder design, 1 Gulden 2001 KM#205(a/b):

 

Yours is the 2nd bullet.

 

It is better to avoid calling them ‘goodbye guilder’ or ‘last guilder’ as these terms are usually applied to the 1 Gulden 2001 KM#233(a), with the child's drawing of a lion:

  • in nickel (regular and prooflike) N#1284
  • in silver (proof) N#56734

('De laatste gulden' = The last guilder)
