Incorrect year on Australia 2023 Legacy $1 [solved]

The coin is listed as being issued in 2022 (mintage 7500) in a PNC with an envelope privy mark, and 2023 (Mintage 30,000) in a coin card.

 

The PNC was issued in March 2023, Postmarked First Day Issue 21 March 2023, and the coin is dated 2023.  The coin does bear the Australian QEII Memorial obverse featuring her years of reign (1952-2022) so that may be where some confusion crept in?
