Looks real and a nice coin.
Turkish coins were slightly smaller than the Egyptian ones of the same period. 24 grams is the right weight for a Turkish 20 Kurus post 1861, whereas a 20 Qirsh/Piastres of Egypt is 27.6 grams and is 40mm in size.
I have found my Turkish late Ottoman silver coins are smaller and fatter than the Egyptian ones.
I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.
