We should work to provide the web with good reliable info verified by humans.
Not text produced by an algorithm should be added on the web (BTW, I am in the field of computer science and know what is for real artificial intelligence and many excellent applications.
I assume that the result will be an echoing and amplification of wrong info. In some case I discovered that someone (in some cases a standard catalogue) provided a wrong description of a coin, and now this wrong description is in many places
I mean that something in between at the moment would or could be only profitable. The proposals could also be issued to referees at the “Catalogue improvement hints” site. The general public would have literally very little contact directly. And I also agree on most of the proposals being assessed by referees, before validation.
