With a smooth edge and slightly thicker, anyone familiar with this?

  Not sure about a smooth edge - all mine have a reeded edge. But one or two do look a little thicker.



   While looking, I see some in side profile have either a square or a rounded edge also; plus from on top a thinner border. So there are many varieties. Not sure if that answers your question.

I see, but yes mine is totally smooth not a sign of reeding or that it ever had a reeded edge.
