Help ID hammered Bizantine Coin (updated info)

Saw this one for auction, 4.6g, 25 x 20 mm.
Any leads are most welcome

Reorientate the coin where the M is centered and it looks like something  Byzantine with the M and cross above it although I cant specifically identify it without more information and the condition of the other side. It might be “CON” under the M indicating the Constantinople mint.  Hopefully this will at least steer you in the right direction.
