Here are two similar items for valuation. https://www.ebay.com/itm/132640711921 and https://www.ma-shops.com/haubenwallner/item.php?id=16879&lang=zh. It seems to be a Belgian medal commemorating April 1, 1935 and unity. I couldn't find it in Numista's catalogues.

I'm assuming it is some kind of advertising token for a Belgian newspaper (https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/De_Dag_(Belgisch_dagblad)) that appeared between 1934 and 1944. It's motto was “onpartijdigheid” (impartiality), which is on this token.

The enwspaper seems to had more frebies, like two maps in 1935 and 1936, and the font used kind of corresponds to the one on the token.

Why april 1st? No idea, maybe something to do with April's fools?

Only certain thing for now is that it's a Belgian token (seeing where they appear mostly). Another one for sale on Delcampe, also from Belgium and one more here.

Just call me Bram

No new swaps for the moment, still too many half-ongoing swaps to clean up!
