We should add Kentucky as a sub-issuer of United States Pre Federal. This is because this coin was originally made to circulate in a settlement in Kentucky:

However, it was made for the colonial era of the United States. Local coinage was circulated throughout.

I added it, even if it cannot be accepted as a coin, it can be used in exonumia.

Not ‘Exonumia’ - as it is a pattern for a proposed currency token issue for a British colony in what is now Kentucky.

 

Therefore, it belongs under ‘Coins’.
