Hello! 

In coin  N#2874 with 2000 year has a comment - " With "Ë" ", 

but I have this coin and can't find any “Ë”.

Also, I can't find  "Ë" on photos of reverse and obverse on the page.

According to the coin pages for the other Albanian coins, umlauts were not used on their coins until 2016.

Am I right that there is a mistake on the page N#2874 in comment for variant of 2000 year?

I believe so. I also looked at a dozen coins on ebay. No one had the umlauts.
