This is not a coin, but a medal, dated 1958. In German, it says 

 

zur erinnerung anden wiederaufbau,  deutsches golschmiedehaus, Hanau, Herarus edelmetalle GMBH

 

which translates as 

 

to commemorate the reconstruction, german goldsmith house, city of Hanau, Herarus precious metals company
