Is there a place in Numista for this kind of note?

It’s a Russian note issued in 1992 by the administration of Nijni-Novgorod region, used to pay salaries and only accepted as gasoline payment: some kind of substitution money

If it was only acceptable as payment for gasoline, then it would likely be classified as a voucher under Exonumia.

Very nice design.

Sounds very similar to the Tatarstan bread and petrol tokens that briefly circulated as makeshift money, which we have under Exonumia.
