Suggestion of addding two new sub-categories within Paper Exonumia

I suggest introducing two new sub-categories within Paper Exonumia, namely “State loans” and “Lottery Tickets”

Aren't state loans the same as state bonds (which we don't add, like war bonds etc.) and what do you mean by lottery tickets?

Well, actually I think that you are right, state loans can be considered as state bonds. Why don't we add them to Numista as well as war bonds? They are part of bonistics in a broader sense and I think we could list them on Numista as well as paper exonumia so that Collectors could track theirs.

Regarding lottery tickets - this is also part of bonistics, they also deal with money and usually have currency designation, etc. I do not see any counterargument why we can't add them to Numista paper exonumia as well.
