I think you mean ‘City of Ghent’.
Ghent definitely needs a subsection under ‘Belgian Notgeld’ as well.
Aidan.
With all due respect Aidan, does it matter how I (with English as a second language, I mind you) spell a city's name?
A city which:
1st: Is spelled "Gent" in the catalough.
2nd: It's a city in Belgium, with at least 3 different spellings; English, Dutch and French, just on Wikipidia.
3rd: Ghent, shows up when you search Numista, regardless of how you spell it, between Dutch and English
4th: Could be due to simply a spelling mistake, from my side, that could easily be ignored.
5th: Even if I spelled it wrong in English, you and everyone else knows excactly which city I'm speaking of, no room for ambiguity. Not on Numista nor in any other place.
You really need to consider when you correct something, that's not even necessary or repeating stuff already said, without contributing to the conversation.
Yes, here you contributed with agreeing with the topic athand too, which I appriciate, but the ability to abstract from mistakes and not act on the urge to correct everything. That's an ability I recomend you to work on.
Please take this as contructiv critisisme, it's meant to help you in the long run. I know I may overreact on this one, but it is was simply bothering me in the leangth, if I didn't say anything.
Tak
Thank you.
