Requesting new tag Contemporary Minting

This tag would be used for coins minted to commemorate events which occurred within close date proximity of an event or the immediate start or conclusion to it. This would be used on coins commemorating victories of wars right after its conclusion or diplomatic successes nations hold to separate them from anniversary events.

Hi! Tags are used only to describe what is designed on items, not to categorize them

same logic though : we describe with tags what is designed on the item (even when it is an event), but do not use tags to say it is a “commemorative issue close in time from the commemorated event”
If we were to do that, it would be more about creating sub sections of “commemorative medal” category (like “anniversary” versus “… i don't know, all the rest maybe”)
