At my workplace - logging unforeseen events is mandatory. It is a set format and requires certain specific input. If incomplete the send button cannot be clicked.
Would it be possible to consider a set format for coin identification requests.
Numista has this format on the modify or add data page. Can have drop down boxes if deemed appropriate or easy to code.
Subject - coin or note with a likely guess of coin identity.
Weight - free text box
thickness - free text box
metal - free text box
dimensions - free text box
Modified similar for banknote.
