I guess, that your question is about the orientation of your coin, which seems to be 90° off the medal orientation it should have had.
This happens from time to time, when coins are struck, but it doesn't really add anything to the value of the coin, except if a collector collects off-sets!
I had to guess where the coin was from, which denomination and the year in this case is of no importance, since Philippian coins are all oriented medal, normally you should have given all these details together with the numista reference!
