Following the consolidation of the coins of the three British Indian Presidencies

https://en.numista.com/forum/topic127499.html

we now need to sort out their currencies, since many are still listed with currencies from British India and some of the dedicated currencies have rather strange dates. To begin with (unless someone has more detailed information about the subdivisions, which seem to have varied over time, or earlier dates) could the following changes please be made?

Bengal Presidency - One currency “Rupee (1765-1835)” for all coins.

Bombay Presidency - One currency “Rupee (1672-1835)” for all coins.

Madras Presidency - Two currencies, “Pagoda (1639-1817)” and “Rupee (1691-1835)”.

The more that can be automated (such as by reassigning existing currencies), the better.

I added those currencies, but cannot automatize the changes sorry

OK, thanks anyway. I'll get started on the changes.

All the presidencies' coins are in the proper currencies now. To prevent any further problems, can we please delete the following incorrect currencies?

Bengal Presidency - Rupee (1844-1861) (This occurs three times!)

Bombay Presidency - Rupee (1844-1861)

Madras Presidency - Star Pagoda (circa 1806-1820)

Madras Presidency - Rupee (1845-1861)

India - British - Bengal - Rupee (1765-1834)

India - British - Bombay - Rupee (1672-1834)

India - British - Madras - Rupee (?-1830)

India - British - Madras - Pagoda (1639-1815)

This was done probably while ago, but forgotten to be marked as done.

We still have

Bengal Presidency - Rupee (1836-1861)

Bombay Presidency - Rupee (1844-1861)

Madras Presidency - Star Pagoda (circa 1806-1820)

Madras Presidency - Rupee (1845-1861)

which all need removing to prevent their use in the future. The first is currently used for a single banknote but I've requested this be changed to the correct date range.

Overlooked, they are gone.
