Are these coins same or there is some different KM number, kindly help

Yes, they are the same. At least according to Krause. 42nd Edition 1901-2000. Numista has it wrong and I will submit a modification request.
KM-924
2 Varieties
AH1349 (1930)
AH134x (1931)
FYI, according to Krause it has them valued at $2.50 US dollars in Fine condition

Thank you Sir for your help and reques for updat the modification ,I am glad to know the information.
I have some doubt about the star mark in one coin ,does anybody can provide good picture of this coin in XF condition so we can compare and identify the differences between varieties apart from date .
Good information.
Did you notice the the digits (25)? One coin has small slanting lines in it and the other coin either does not have or are probably worn off.
Regards,
Shailesh.

Thank you Sir for your inputs ,I don't think the slanting lines are worn of as the number 25 is much thicker in size than the other coin they both are not at all same .
Looking again at Krause 42nd Edition. I missed in the notes that it has two varieties of letters.
I am still looking for anything about the “star” you pointed out.
Used time zone is UTC+2:00.
