Can we split N#435 into 2. There are 2 alloys as described in the page. Alloy 1: from 1937-1942; .955 copper, .030 tin, .015 zinc Alloy 2: from 1943-1952; .980 copper, .005 tin, .015 zinc
According to the MRC web site and Charlton 2022 Tome 1, the slight bronze composition change took place in 1942. Reading the guidelines, it's not clear to me if we have to split it or not. Both these allow are bronze. Bronze is not a precious metals like gold or silver. This slight bronze composition change doesn't really have an impact on value or else. Maybe someone from the Numista team can help with a decision on this ?
P.S. I suggest we wait before making any change, but the comment section need to be reviewed for the years mentioned for both allow.

In this case, I believe that it should not be splited into two pages, since the material (Bronze) is the same and only the alloy components change slightly, and it is also very well explained in the Comments section, so I I think it should stay as it is. Also the weight, diameter and thickness remain the same.
From what I see, no general catalog (Krause or Schön) makes a distinction between the two types, so I think splitting this page could lead to confusion. This is my opinion, only that.

The French page was also saying 1937-1941 with Allow 1 and 1942-1952 with allow 2. Might as well correct the English page with all these different sources saying the same thing, I'm confident to do the change.
This leaves us with the original question, should it be splitted in two or not ?
Best regards,
P.S. Change done for the allow years on the English page.
