Hi. I recently inherited someone's collection with some ~300 coins. I've identified all of them except these last 8, for which I ask for your help!

I'm quite a noob at this, so I'm kind of stuck and any bit of help is greatly appreciated. Anyway, here they are:

1. This one is from Egypt. I has “1255” in arabic on the bottom, and the denomination is 20. It looks like this “10 Para” coin (like N#7377), so it should be “20 Para”… but I don't find anything similar on Numista. How do I check the world coin catalog?

2. This one looks like a Chinese “cash”, but again, I can't really find one that matches in Numista. This is the closest I've found: N#224268

3. The face on this one looks like the model of a Morgan dollar? It also says “liberty” on the crown. The date appears to be 1818, but I didn't find anything that could match. Looks kind of like this one? N#124033

4. There's a shield of some sort, with stars and stripes. Can't tell what the letters spell out…

5. Some arabic? Or, is it actually arabic? I'm not sure.

6. Weird-looking face. Letters say.. “britte”?

7. This is next to impossible and probably not even worth the trouble.. There's an ear in there (lol) and some letters that I can't make out.

8. I see a little silhouetto of a man… lol

OK well, hopefully that's interesting to someone. Thanks!

Well, I just identified (1) as N#20387

I guess it was not Egypt after all, but the Ottoman Empire. Cool

And I'm pretty sure (4) is N#31756

Progress!

And I think (6) is N#8476

Wow, having the magnified pictures really helps!

Aaaand, (7) is probably N#27110

Next tim give diameter and weight, that helps

maybe this one, weight and diameter?

N#13096

I think you're both right!

Diameter is indeed 28mm.
Weight, as measured by my food scale, is somewhere in between 8 and 9 grams. The catalog says 9.86 g… Probably close enough, given my scale isn't super accurate.

Thank you everyone for the help!

(and gros, sorry, not ready to swap now)

Cheers
