depict a plant with some flower buds

On the page is stated that it is Aurum Lilly (or Calla Lilly)

but I am not convinced (the shape of the leaves is different, and it is strange to show the buds instead of the so specific and beautiful open flowers).

Could someone help me to identify this plant correctly?

I have not been able to find anything of precise on the web

Really not sure why you think it wouldn't be what they specifically meant it to be. Sure it might be a 100% accurate depiction of the Calla Lily, but I would be certain that is what their intention was.  It's native to Swaziland/Eswatini.
