Vatican City Pope John Paul II tokens/medallions

I got a collection of silver coins, Austrian silver 25,50 & 100 Schillings in an album, and with them were 4 medallions or tokens featuring Pope John Paul II on the obverse and different designs on the reverse. They are all 35.2 mm diameter and weigh between 16 and 16.4 grams. I have seen them in the catalogue, but there seem to be different makes and compositions, can anyone tell what these are made of and who the maker is? They all have the same mint mark.

The mint mark is for Maggi Controls:

It's hard to say what material each medal is made from, some are silver, some are plated.
