Portugal & Belgium - coins exist or not?

Hello,

 

Portugal KM# 590 & 591 ( N#774 & N#772) are supposed to have both a coin and a medal orientation, yet until now I never saw anyone having a medal one. 

 

Similar situation is with Belgium KM# 142 & 143 (N#1244 & N#571)

 

Do these coins really exist?

The Belgian Francs exist in medal alignment. I dont have any myself but from time to time they pop up in auctions…
