Based on the picture on Numista I think it's a 10 cash 1906 Honan Mint. Correct?

 

If yes. Where can I find the year (43) on the coin?

As shown on the coin page:  N#243416 (May not be this one. The wear on your coin makes it hard to tell.) the year 43 is 午丙. This is here on your coin:

 

The coin is well preserved to read clearly 汴 in the center of Obv. (the top image). It is the mint . And it brings immediately to the variety Y#10g of the Standard Catalog of World Coins. So it is not the type Hunan type 3 by no means.
