Can anyone please tell me what this 23mm diameter coin may have been used for? I found it in my grandfather’s coin collection. I have tried to identify it online but can’t find any with the same picture. I am not sure if it is a golfer ? Thanks.

It is an old telephone token. Where its from, I can't tell. My grandfather had a few nearly identical ones from Spain in the 1970s.
