If you read the comments in the page entries you'll see there's a metal composition change for 1999. 😊

i see, i had about 62 proof and BU 1ps so was just trying to speed through it, so id missed the comments and didnt see the 1999 as id set the filters to 1971-2022 Circulating 1p
