Help identifying old world coin.

Older coin.  Not sure on the composition. On one side I can make out a vague figure.  I'll try and get better photos. On the other it has the letter “M” on the top,  to the left the letter “O” and what appears to b be the letter “K” on the right. Not sure of its origin. It doesn't appear roman because I've never seen a Roman reverse like that.

Size and weight?

The figure is hard to see, but may resemble Christ Pantokrator on a Byzantine follis:  Follis - Anonymous Class A2 (Constantinopolis) - Byzantine Empire – Numista

But the other side of your coin does not appear to be an inscription.

There are also smaller coins from the Kingdom of Sicily with this image of Christ, and different devices on the reverse.

Looks like Manuel Comnenus
