Which mint error type is this?

Hey guys, I recently got this Sudanese mint error in the mail, and I'm still a bit of a novice when it comes to certain mint error types, so I'd appreciate some help ID'ing the specific error type.

I know the reverse is a pretty simple slight off-center strike, but the obverse is what I'd like some pointers on.

Also noticed the picture used for this coin actually pretty much has the same errors lol

Who coined the term "coining a term" anyway?

Denomination side looks like a collar error:  Wide Collar (error-ref.com)

The radial splay marks (flow marks) on the other side are not at all rare (fairly common on Jefferson Nickels), but I am not sure what causes them.  I would think this means the metal is resisting flowing properly, so maybe it is low striking pressure?

Thanks for the insight!

With a little more research …

These marks can be an indication of die wear.  This is consistent with poor details of the devices on that side of the coin.
