waisaacs, you win! United Kingdom was fine as answer. I just didn't have a chance to check messages earlier. Frenchlover, I knew someone would try Portugal, thanks for not disappointing me! Wikipedia and my reference book both state boxes were produced in British foundries. Thanks for the link to other info.
