1849 French Franc BB series condition [solved]

Hi, folks!

I am considering to buy this coin for 25 euro. I would like to get your opinion on grade based on pictures. Seller is legitimate, coin is nicely toned and not cleaned once. I am not sure whether is XF, VF or aUNC grade, so please assist me with grade.  And i usually buy toned silver coins rather than chemically treated ones.

I would pay 25 for that. 

noticeable wear on laurel leaves, so I would call it XF.

The internet coin, I would consider as XF and yours a bit less, see the face of Hercules, so vf to vf+
