How to delete an entry [solved]

I recently started entering my collection in the database. I mistakenly entered a piece of notgeld that I do not have. Can’t seem to figure out how to correct the entry. Any suggestions?

Also found that some of my pieces of notgeld are in poor condition. Suggestions on how to notate this would be appreciated. Poor - about fair - fair do not exist in the data base.

If you go to the catalog page (there are other ways too but this is probably the easiest) and go to the year line with your note. There will be a pen and a trash can symbol on the right. The trash can is for deleting an entry and the pen to modify it. There you could add as a private or public comment that your not is in “fair” condition if you want to.
