Hello dear feiends.

Can  someone  help with this token? May it be silver? Looks like proof  or ckose to proof.  Obverse  with Rome famouse places, reverse contains  insr. Buon 1975, and  Z988 at 6 o clock. 

Weight 12,47 g. Thanks in advance.

Too small letters, probabky name of the  engraver

I cannot distinguish  first letters, last probably  Domenico or Lomenico
