Hello all,

as above, are they made of silver?

1 Dia 355 x 2mm, 14.9g smooth sides

2 Dia 325x1.5mm, 10g smooth sides

3  Dia 325x1.5mm, 10g smooth sides

4  Dia 325x1.5mm, 10g smooth sides

5  Dia 325x1.5mm, 10g smooth sides

6 Dia 355 x 2mm, 14.9g smooth sides

I don't know anything about these tokens. But from what I can read on one of them I was able to find a couple of similar coins. Is there anything on the edge?? If you provide the diameter and weight more could possibly be easily found. Please review https://en.numista.com/help/forum-policy-and-sales-policy-77.html on how to request help.

I will get the details this weekend and update here

These are tokens featuring god Ganesha and goddess Laxmi. They are generally made of pure silver and are used for gifting during festivals like Diwali or on various occasions like birthday, marriage etc.

There are numerous varieties as every jewellery shop will have them and some organizations also get them custom made for gifting.

Except for token 3 which was made for ‘Vecolite Auto Industries’ it will be very difficult to get information on other tokens unless someone has knowledge which jeweler made those.

Hello, thanks for replying, I have added size and weight info on the 1st post.

How to test if it is sliver? It does not stick to a magnet.
