Add "Numista tips" to the front page

I will just say that reading through the thread has been very informative, since I do not use all of the Numista functionality which is mentioned here by members (downloading My Coins to Excel), and this has opened my eyes.

Numista has lots of features. If a master referee doesn't know all of them then it could be useful to find new ways to educate users.

One possibility is a “tip of the day” section on the front page, or a new tip every time the page loads (where the list could vary depending on whether the user is registered or not).

Some possible items:

• downloading My Coins to Excel
• search with date ranges
• search by image
• (several other “search by” items)
• Advantages of registering
• Advantages of a Premium Account
• (items from the FAQ page)
• You can a coin/token/banknote!
• Hints on identifying coins

I never look at the front page, don't need to, so at least for me that's a bummer.
