Found this in a scrap silver tray at the shop I frequent. Any ideas on what it could be? No scale in the pictures but it’s roughly the size of an American dime.

Pictures cropped, if it helps someone:

Hi,

1 REAL , engraver M , Potosi,  Viceroyalty of Peru (now Bolivia).

Unfortunately, the date is not complete (73?) , but due to the engraver's mark  “M” we have the following options:

i) 1731 or 1732 = engraver José de Matienzo (worked in Potosi between 1728 and 1732)

ii) 1737, 1738 or 1739 = engraver Pedro Manrique de  Jiménez (worked in Potosi  between 1737 and 1740)
