New here…searched for the meaning of letters on 2 austro hungarian coins I have to no avail, any one can help me with this?

 The two letters are not for a mint nor a person - it is two people;

the “S” is for Tobias Schöbl and the “F” is for Joseph Faby.

So S F = Schöbl / Faby joint work.

 They made the original 1780 coin, of which yours is a restrike.

'Below the bust you can find the inscription “S.F.”, this translates to the two names of

the Günzburg mint officials in 1780,  responsible for the mintage of the original coin'.
