Genuine Roman denarius??

It's real, although it would be better to take photos without the holder and add weight/diameter when asking for authentication. Judging from the portrait alone I'd say Julia Domna: N#269951

Lettering looks wrong and face looks wrong.

Looks fine to me. I guess it is normal some different busts  since there were so many engravers with so many styles of drawings.

I agree with steve27. The lettering doesn't look quite right. The bust looks ok.

 

Also is that a metal fold in the rim above the A in Augusta? Hard to see clearly through plastic holder. If it is a fold then the coin is probably fake.

 

Clearer photos would be helpful.
