1984 D penny with multiple mint marks - any idea of value or where to look?

Welcome to Numista. I see something there as well but this can definitely not be described as a multiple mint mark. Even the D is damaged through circulation. Perhaps simply post mint damage, a  small cud, or even describing this a machine doubling would be a stretch.

Yours looks like PMD to me also.
