Could you please comment this 2 real Spanish coin - 1718 ,27mm,weight 5,05 gr.
Is this a coin from Seville mint and wath is the reason for  the difference in the desig of the coin. Wath  could it's value be ?

The Numista catalog could use updating for your variety because it does not list the M (assayer) variety for that year as is scarce but lists only the J (assayer).  Yes, minted in Segovia. I don't know if this is enough evidence for the Spanish referee to approve the addition of M for that year.

This example (I think it is the same type/mint/assayer) sold not long ago for 36 euro:  https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=7316226

As yours is more worn, and it has the hole, I would guess the market value is under 10 euro.

So I submitted a change request and it was denied by a very prompt referee. He sent me this link which I failed to see the first time. I want to study these more at this point because there is conflicting information depending on the source. 1718 first type Seville. M is there for the specific assayer.

Tdziemia, tank you for the evaluation of the coin. I looked at the link of the coin tath harryg and you've submitted, but l would like to mention tath l observed that there are very substantial differences in the shape and the size of some of the details.
Could this coin be made by a different die ?
