Is it likely that the last Queen coins and first King Charles lll coins will be valuable in time
Unlikely, as there will be many millions of them minted and everyone and their little brother will try to get a little piece of history for themselves.
True enough

Sadly no but it won’t stop the eBay con men from trying to claim they are “ultra rare”
If you want to Collect a 1st Issue Charlie Coin invest in a Silver or if you can Afford it a Gold one as they will increase in Value over time and not many will be issued in comparative terms.
Comment about eBay spot on …I’m sad I use them really. No coin shows near me and swapping (for me anyway ) non existent

the York coin fare in July is always an excellent day out, and I’m sure the monthly Wakefield coin shows are still going. I live relatively close to you (35 miles )
The Wakefield coin fair has been replaced by the Yorkshire coin fair Huddersfield:

I was there Sunday, six or seven empty tables but still many many bargains.

Even better Huddersfield is much easier to get to from gods counTy of Lancashire
Maybe, it is said that it will take decade or not 20-30 years for all queen coins to just vanish from change… Her reign was 70+ years so makes sense, but after those years it will only be slightly valuable. This is my prediction, so its not fully true.
Thanks
