Help identifying Poland token/medal

I just purchased this token/medal recently & have been trying to find out what it is. It seems to be a token/medal having to do with soccer since it has a soccer ball on it. It also has the letters MET engraved in it. Other word is Warsaw with the year 2012. It measures 38.5- 39mm. It doesn't appear to be made of silver. Possibly steel or “ German silver”. Thanks.
